One of our clients won New Zealand wide CRM contact centre awards for 5 years running (1998-2003). The fact they achieved such high levels of service without technologies such as CTI - considered 'essential' by many demonstrates how getting the basics right and putting a high priority on client interaction and data quality is more important than the application of technology for technologies sake.

Chris has more than 20 years experience in the technology sector. He was the executive director at Marketing Technologies through the 90’s in charge of consulting services and developed the Brains CRM Call Centre application. His many clients included Toyota New Zealand, NZDMA, Trust Bank and Carlton United Breweries.

 

For Connect Interactive Business Solutions in Sydney he designed state of the art software that was instrumental in their winning many prestigious accounts including the Sydney Olympics Organising Committee (SOCOG), Microsoft Australia, News Ltd, Coke and RAMS Home Loans. One visiting expert deemed the centre "One of the two most advanced call centres in the world"

Chris’s work as been recognised internationally through a number of awards including several Marketing Association NEXUS awards for innovation and data management. Chris is the CEO of Richstream.

Andrew Wells has twenty years of experience in the retail automation and payments business, most recently as CTO for a major international system developer. His experience includes the design, development, marketing and implementation of retail automation systems and payment systems into a dozen countries as diverse as Australia, Malaysia, Brazil and India. This experience at senior levels gives him the skills to contribute to 'the big picture' while his in-depth technical knowledge of the retail systems requirements allows him to take a hands-on role in development projects.
